CemCRETE Technology

Standard cement slurries require a high water ratio for mixability and placement.

CemCRETE slurries fill the void spaces with smaller solids, allowing mixing and placement with lower concentrations of water and superior placement and set properties.

CemCRETE systems provide superior zonal isolation due to very low permeability and excellent strength, even at very low densities.

Set-cement mechanical properties
CemCRETE technology increases the solids content of the slurry using particle-size distribution technology. Smaller particles fill the void between larger particles, requiring less water and resulting in a slurry with improved flow properties and excellent set properties such as permeability and strength.

Because less water is needed during mixing and pumping, the resulting set cement performs better during the life of the well.

CemCRETE technology offers
  • more solids in your cement
  • greater compressive strength
  • reduced cement permeability
  • greater resistance to corrosive fluids.
