Schlumberger Dhahran Carbonate Research Center
The Schlumberger Dhahran Carbonate Research Center was established in 2001. Our charter is to research and solve problems related to oil and gas fields in the Middle East in collaboration with universities and clients. The main research directions addressed are geology, with particular regard to carbonate reservoirs; stimulation; water management; and land seismic. The research work is performed in close collaboration with the Schlumberger operating units in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Pakistan.
