How does COUGAR work?
COUGAR uses experimental design techniques to obtain maximum information at the lowest experimental cost by varying all uncertain parameters simultaneously. Each experimental design corresponds to a small set of optimally chosen reservoir simulation runs to encompass the uncertain domain.
You can launch reservoir simulations and analyze the results from a set of simulation runs to identify influential parameters. The software builds an analytical approximation of the simulation fluid flow model allowing faster decision making during field-development study.
