The geometry of conical inserts is optimized to reduce insert breakage and maximize ROP in WOB sensitive formations.

Binary diamond gauge uses semi-round top diamond inserts positioned between the primary gauge inserts to maximize gauge retention in transitional drilling. This substantially increases bit life and reduces operating costs.

100% diamond enhanced heel row inserts provide maximum durability in extremely abrasive applications. The bit will drill longer intervals of full gauge hole, and eliminate the need for expensive reaming operations.

The PS feature offers strategically placed clusters of semi-round top (SRT) shaped carbide inserts that maximize leg protection, prevent bit wear, and substantially increase bit life in abrasive formations.
