Real-time cuttings flow information is obtained by a cuttings flowmeter at the end of each shale shaker, which accumulates cuttings as they fall off the shaker screen. The cuttings are weighed via strain gauges then discharged, and the cycle repeats.

Results are visually displayed via the CLEAR service dashboard, accessible online whenever and wherever they are needed—at the rigsite or at remote offices for analysis by well construction engineers.
