A Snapshot of Carbonate Reservoir Evaluation 

The heterogeneity of carbonate rocks presents significant challenges that must be overcome to produce the 60% of known oil reserves they contain. Examples from around the world illustrate current approaches for evaluating carbonate reservoirs and provide direction for ongoing research initiatives.
