Fluid-Loss-Control Devices

Overview Library

Eliminate potentially damaging fluid-loss-control materials

Our mechanical fluid-loss-prevention devices are used in, but not limited to, sand-control completions. Placing a valve in the production string to isolate reservoir fluids eliminates the need for spotting potentially damaging fluid-loss-control materials after pulling the service tool from the packer assembly. The range of valves includes

  • flapper valves
  • bidirectional barrier valves suitable for HPHT environments, as well as for deepwater and other harsh environments where debris tends to accumulate and valve actuation requires more force.
