Nitrogen gas services include nitrogen gas generation and injection at selectable flow rates and purity for multiphase MPD and UBD applications.
Nitrogen gas equipment is available in trailer- or skid-mounted units. Trailer-mounted units are easy to transport, minimize rig-up and rig-down time, and have a small footprint, all of which are optimal features for small or remote land wells. Skid-mounted units produce high volumes of N2, are stackable to minimize footprint, and built for extreme arctic and desert climates.
Dynamic multiphase flow modeling and hydraulic model calibration are available with nitrogen gas services and are recommended to optimize the benefits of drilling with N2. In addition, data acquisition systems, emergency shutdown and alarm systems, backpressure control manifolds, sample catchers, multiphase fluid separators, gas meters, and flare stacks are available.
Mounted on a single trailer, fully interconnected and calibrated, complete with inlet and outlet metering.
