High-Pressure & Low-Pressure RCDs
A complete range of high- and low-pressure rotating control device (RCD) services are available for fluid containment and pressure management for stand-alone or full-service managed pressure drilling and underbalanced drilling operations, onshore and offshore.
Low-pressure RCDs are available with compact profiles that are ideally suited for land rigs with limited space. High-pressure RCDs with unique bearing and sealing element features are available for land and offshore rigs that facilitate sealing element replacement and clamping.
Sealing element assemblies for optimal seal integrity
Four types of sealing element materials are available, each with a unique set of properties. This allows selecting sealing elements with the most appropriate material property for different types of drilling fluids and temperature conditions to ensure optimum seal integrity. Single and dual sealing elements are available for a range of drillpipe and casing sizes. Dual sealing element assemblies are uniquely equipped with a pressure sensing system to monitor for early signs of wear and seal degradation.
