During the field inspection and general conditioning of your assets, our field service technicians evaluate and document the condition of the wellhead and Christmas tree and observe for any external leaks.
The annulus pressure recording will show if the wellhead is damaged or affected by external leaks, corrosion, pitting, paint or coating blistering, component deterioration, and other mechanical damage or missing parts. General conditioning of the equipment is performed without disrupting well operations. Information such as part numbers, configuration of the wellhead and Christmas tree, field map, well location, annulus pressure, and general condition of the wellhead is recorded in a well file, providing you with full traceability.
If the evaluation of the equipment indicates neither pressure release nor visual mechanical damage at the time of inspection, and if there is no evidence such events will occur in the future, Cameron delivers a certificate of conformance (COC) stating the condition of the wellhead and Christmas tree and certifying the “Fitness for Service, No Pressure Release to Atmosphere” of the equipment.
