The NATCO SHV Combustor internal-burner emission control system meets the increasing demand for higher destruction efficiency of volatile organic emissions. Currently operating flare systems typically have destruction efficiencies only up to 98%. The NATCO SHV Combustor system uses a low flame and a wide-open external combustor area to achieve significantly higher combustion efficiencies. With increasingly stringent environmental regulations, this system is the ideal solution because it burns off all the emissions.

The system is designed primarily to control off-gases from glycol dehydration facilities, but it can be applied to any oil and gas processing facility that needs increased control of vapor emissions.
