Guy Arrington is vice president Operational Planning and Resource Management, a position he assumed in January 2018. Prior to his current role, he held various management positions including president of M-I SWACO; president of Bits and Advanced Technologies; integration manager for Smith Technologies division; global vice president for deepwater operations; and previously several business and line management positions for Drilling & Measurements.

Earlier in his Schlumberger career, Arrington held positions in field operations, manufacturing, marketing, product development, supply chain, M&A, and operations management in the United States, Canada, and France. He joined Schlumberger through the acquisition of Camco in 1998, where he held positions in engineering and business development.

Arrington holds bachelor of science degrees in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.
