Subsea Power Systems
Parallel development with subsea boosting systems
Leverage expertise we've gained since qualifying the first complete subsea power system in 1994.
In the subsea environment, interruptions to production are costly. Increasingly higher-pressure and deeper-water targets generate highly demanding monitoring requirements. Deepwater installations are vulnerable to a range of physical and chemical conditions—including hydrate formation and asphaltene deposition—that compromise production and project economics.
Schlumberger combines direct measurement and proven mathematical modeling to enable optimal chemical injection or heating efficacy, ensuring the acquisition, transmission, and evaluation of the most valuable data available.
