Don-Nan RHA API Insert Pump
RHAC and RHAM standard sucker rod pumps
Utilize a heavy-walled, stationary barrel, top anchor design that is suitable for sandy or gassy shallow- to moderate-depth wells.
The rod pump controller (RPC) uses sophisticated modeling and control software and a powerful digital signal processor to compute surface and downhole conditions to best regulate the starting and stopping of a sucker rod pump via a separate motor controller.
Feedback from a load cell, inclinometer, and current sensors enables the RPC to measure rod load, rod position, and motor torque. Four configurable I/O points with plugin converters accommodate a wide variety of AC and DC voltages as well as relay contact outputs.
Comprehensive monitoring and reporting capabilities provide real-time surface and downhole dynamometer plots, daily gauging, fault and event logging, a user-configurable data sampler, and more. Equipped with both web-based and smartphone interfaces, the RPC can generate well reports and dynacards from either interface. Wireless, radio, cellular, and satellite options enable remote monitoring of multiple units and fields from anywhere in the world. Key parameters can be remotely adjusted, eliminating the need for a trip to the wellsite. An antenna connection is provided.
RPC units are the building blocks of more advanced automation systems.
