Maximize completion efficiency

Reduce rig time running your completion by installing the robust BluePack Ultra PH ultrahigh-pressure permanent hydraulic-set production packer. This packer runs in at high speed and has no mandrel displacement, which means you can set multiple packers in the same string.

Large-bore versions of the packer are also ideal for high-rate gas production applications.

Maximize completion efficiency

Each size of the BluePack Ultra PH packer is individually validated to API Spec 11D1 and ISO 14310 to ensure maximum reliability under challenging conditions. The design includes dual opposing, one-piece slips and a 360° solid-metal backup system to prevent element extrusion.

This packer can be run directly on tubing or with an accessory above, such as an expansion joint for production string movement compensation.

The integral setting cylinders located below the bottom slips provide the force needed to set the full-circumference slips and pack off the sealing element. The triple-setting piston architecture provides unmatched lower setting pressure.

Naming convention for BluePack family of packers

A simplified naming convention tells you what you need at a glance

The modular architecture of our BluePack packer family simplifies engineering designs across the entire family.

You can select the packer that’s best suited for your well environment while configuring certain components and subassemblies of the packer based on the specific needs or challenges of the well. For example, you might customize the elastomer based on the chemical properties of the fluids that will be in the well.

This standardization not only improves lead times and costs, it also improves operations by ensuring that employees are trained on a standardized deployment methodology.
