ICD Advisor inflow control device planning software supports completion designs aimed at recovery optimization through the use of inflow control devices (ICDs). It is implemented as a plug-in for the Petrel E&P software platform and uses the ECLIPSE industry-reference reservoir simulator to predict the dynamic well response for a given ICD completion design.
