How it improves performance
The 12-in Barton™ 202E chart recorder is available in one- to three-pen configurations (one pen for DP and up to two additional pens for temperature, pressure, or both). The DP pen is actuated by a Barton differential pressure unit (DPU) and has features such as over-range protection and pulsation dampening for stable operation even under extreme variations in line pressure and ambient temperature. Options to meet NACE recommendations are available.
All Barton chart recorders use a factory-sealed temperature-sensing system filled with a nontoxic fluid that converts temperature to mechanical motion. Each temperature recording pen includes built-in correction for ambient temperature influences. The sensing system is available in various lengths to support remote mounting of the recorder.
