How do I access premium content?
Premium content is provided free of charge to our customers, partners, and research and academic institutions, based on their registration e-mail addresses.

If you do not have a recognized e-mail address and would like access to premium content, please submit a request here.

How do I update my e-mail address?
You can update your e-mail address on your My Account page.

What is my user ID?
Your user ID is your e-mail address.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Select Forgot Your Password, and you will be redirected to create a new password.

How do I subscribe to My Schlumberger e-mails?
To subscribe to e-mail subscriptions, go to My Schlumberger > Subscriptions and choose your selections. E-mail subscriptions are sent out on quarterly, monthly, and periodic basis, depending on the publication.

How do I unsubscribe from e-mail?
To unsubscribe from specific subscriptions, go to My Schlumberger > E-mail Subscriptions and remove the checkmarks next to subscriptions you no longer want to receive.

To unsubscribe completely, go to My Schlumberger > E-mail Subscriptions and choose Unsubscribe all.

What information is collected by Schlumberger?

How do I apply for a position at Schlumberger?
Once you have completed your registration, visit careers.slb.com, sign in, select the role you are most interested in and apply. Use your account to sign into the candidate portal to track your application.
