HPHT Packers

Overview Library

Reliable performance in hostile conditions

Our HPHT packers are designed and tested for harsh downhole environments. Their short lengths facilitate running in deviated wells.

BluePack Ultra PH packer

The robust, reliable BluePack Ultra PH ultrahigh-pressure permanent hydraulic-set production packer is suited for applications up to 15,000 psi [103 MPa] and 350 degF [177 degC] with API 11D1 V0 validation. The integral setting cylinders located below the bottom slips provide the force needed to set the full-circumference slips and pack off the sealing element. The triple-setting piston architecture provides unmatched lower setting pressure. Large-bore versions are ideal for gas production applications.

BluePack Ultra RH-MP packer

The BluePack Ultra RH-MP ultrahigh-pressure retrievable hydraulic-set, multiport production packer is designed to isolate fluids and pressure up to 15,000 psi [103 MPa] in wells with intelligent completions that rely on hydraulic and electric lines for data transmission or control. The packer can accommodate up to seven ports.

XHP premium production packer

This hydraulically set retrievable premium packer is available for pressures up to 15,000 psi [103 MPa] and temperatures up to 425 degF [218 degC]. It is also qualified for low-temperature use in subsea injection wells. It is installed with the completion tubing and set by applying pressure to the tubing.

BluePack Max RH packer

The BluePack Max RH high-pressure retrievable hydraulic-set production packer provides strength, reliability, and long service life in high-rate production or water injection wells with differential pressures up to 10,000 psi [69 MPa]. All packer sizes are validated to ISO V0 with robust, single-mandrel construction and a slip-element-slip design that maximizes the operating envelope.
