From a one-piece prototype run to mass-produced, high-volume production runs, from microscopic products to those up to 50 inches in diameter and 30 feet in length, Omni Seals has the ability to develop and work on projects of any size.

The broad range of processes we provide ensures that your custom design is produced cost-effectively, irrespective of the geometry, size, or tolerances. Finishing processes include hand, tumble, cryogenic deflashing, and laser etching for product labeling and identification.
