The Foundation is overseen by a Board of Directors and is managed and administered by Schlumberger employees. It operates under two legal entities: the Schlumberger Foundation Inc., registered in 1954 in the United States and the Schlumberger Stichting Fund, registered in 1985 in the Netherlands.

Roseline was elected President of the Schlumberger Foundation early 2015. She also assumes the role of Treasurer and is a Director of the Foundation. Prior to this, she was Manager Schlumberger Mergers & Acquisition for North America, based in Houston, USA, and was on the board of the French-American Chamber of Commerce which supports French entrepreneurs and businesses develop their economic activity in Texas.

As of July 1, 2014, Dr. Vicki Colvin is Provost and Professor of Chemistry and Engineering at Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, United States. Prior to her appointment at Brown, Dr. Colvin was Director of Rice University’s Center for Biological and Environmental Nanotechnology (CBEN) in Houston, Texas. One of CBEN's primary areas of interest is the application of nanotechnology to the environment.

Capella Festa is the Vice President Business Development / Hydrogen for Schlumberger New Energy, based in London. Prior to that she was Global Account Director for Schlumberger. In a previous assignment, Capella was seconded to the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris where she was one of the authors of the World Energy Outlook. She coauthored energy outlooks for sub-Saharan Africa, Brazil and Iraq as well a publication on unconventional gas.

Robert Onyejekwe is currently Vice President for Sales and Commercial for the Reservoir and Infrastructure Group. Prior to his current role, Robert was President of the Schlumberger Bits and Drilling Tools product line with executive leadership, global strategy and business management responsibilities. From August 2014 to July 2017, Robert was the Vice President and General manager for Schlumberger Sub-Sahara region.

Tore Sandvold

Tore Sandvold

Director

Tore Sandvold has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and energy industry. He has served in the Norwegian Ministry of Industry, Oil & Energy in a variety of positions, including as its Director General, with overall responsibility for Norway's national and international oil and gas policy. He has also worked as the Counselor for Energy in the Norwegian Embassy in Washington, D.C., and as executive Chairman of Petoro AS, the Norwegian state-owned oil company.
