Artificial Lift Applications

Harsh environment ESP and gas lift systems

Schlumberger is the technological leader in artificial lift and has developed systems to meet the most challenging environments. Our expertise extends beyond artificial lift tools and encompasses project management, surface electrical engineering, flow assurance, and risk analysis, along with completion design and production engineering.

Subsea lift systems

Consist of high-pressure gas lift systems and high-volume, high-horsepower ESP systems

Dual ESP systems

Used for in-well redundant ESP systems to mitigate the risk of deferred production and to double the horsepower in a single well

Gas well/coalbed methane dewatering

Achieved with low-volume ESP systems and gas lift systems

High gas/oil ratio solutions for ESP systems

Used to increase drawdown on the well by means of gas separators and gas handling devices

High-horsepower ESP systems

Used for lifting high volumes of fluid from deep reservoirs
