TBL Thermal Liner Hanger Packer
The TBL Thermal Liner Hanger Packer, designed for extreme temperatures and thermal-cycling conditions, provides pressure integrity at the liner top and the capability of rotating and circulating large volumes if necessary. Pressure integrity aids even steam placement in injection wells and hydrocarbon production in production wells. Rotation and circulation capabilities facilitate deployment of the completion. This field-proven technology-with more than 140 installations-reduces risks in complex operations.
SL-2 Thermal Liner Top Packer
The SL-2 Thermal Liner Top Packer, designed for extreme temperatures and thermal-cycling conditions, helps convey completions in deviated or horizontal wells in which high torque rates may be necessary. Its retrievable single-trip system simplifies operations and reduces costs. Rotation and circulation capabilities facilitate deployment of the completion. FacsRITE flush cartridge system
FacsRITE is a mechanically robust sand-control screen designed for controlling sand production in extreme temperatures and thermal-cycling conditions. Its superior mechanical strength allows completions to be rotated and conveyed to bottom. It is custom manufactured with a premium fusion-bonded stainless steel screen, with a flow area tailored to the reservoir production capability. The screen is erosion resistant and tolerates a wide range of particle-size distribution, aiding hydrocarbon flow over long periods.

WellWatcher Ultra distributed temperature system
The WellWatcher Ultra distributed temperature system provides detailed information related to a reservoir's performance through the acquisition of temperature profiles. The data are available as soon as the measurement is taken and are communicated via industry-standard or customized protocols. The data are combinable with data obtained by other Schlumberger sensors, and experts are available to help design the best solution for a particular situation.
Fiber-optic deployment installation method
The Schlumberger patented fiber-optic pumping technique is a distinctive method of installation that allows the completion to be run independently with a hydraulic control line and the fiber to be installed offline from the rig's activities. The fiber can be replaced at any time by pumping out the old fiber and installing a new one, with no workover rig required onsite.
Therma Vision
Therma Vision allows visualization and interpretation of the temperature data acquired. It shows the interwell subcool temperature across the heel-to-toe drain. Permanently monitored temperatures are used to prevent steam breakthrough with the identification of hot spots, thereby significantly reducing the costs of operation.
