Protect equipment from circulating debris

The MUDGARD workstring filter can be used in any drilling application to protect equipment susceptible to damage from debris contained in the circulating system. It can also be used in tandem with wireline-compatible tools to facilitate spotting of the lost circulation material while providing single-trip wireline access to recover both chemical and radioactive sources during stuck-pipe and other emergency incidents.

Maintain wireline access to simplify operations

The MUDGARD filter is incorporated in the drillstring to capture and retain all fluid-borne debris before it can invade and irreparably damage complex BHA components that use an impeller, modulator, or pulsar to cause failure down hole. This internal filter is highly resistant to erosion and causes minimal pressure loss in the system. It is engineered with a contingency central bypass, which allows complete wireline access without requiring the recovery of additional drillstring components.
