HALO OGI™ combines infrared and visual imaging to identify methane and VOC leaks in real time. Mounted on a drone, it enables safer inspections of hard-to-access areas—including tank tops, thief hatches, and flares.
Quantify emissions with Drone OPLS
Drone-mounted Open Path Laser Spectrometry (OPLS) measures methane emissions at the site level. The drone flies downwind paths through the emissions plume to capture methane concentration data for accurate quantification.

What gases can OGI drone surveys detect?
Optical gas imaging detects a wide range of volatile organic compounds and greenhouse gases (notably methane) by visualizing plumes under suitable conditions. Specific sensitivity depends on camera, environmental conditions, and site setup.
How does this complement ground LDAR?
Aerial OGI extends reach to elevated or congested areas and accelerates coverage. It does not replace regulated ground methods where prescribed, but it helps you target and prioritize repairs faster.
