Dynatorque SD
Declutchable manual override
Overview
Dynatorque SD™ declutchable manual overrides are used with pneumatic, hydraulic and backdrivable electric actuators.
Applications
Sandwich mounted between the valve and its primary driving mechanism as part of an automated valve package, the override enables manual operation of the automated valve in the event of a loss of plant air supply, power gas, hydraulic fluid power, or electricity. We also offer a locking device for these overrides to prevent unintended engagement or disengagement.

- Standard ISO 5211 mounting dimensions on top and bottom flanges or custom machined for mounting to actuator and valve
- Transparent to valve operation when disengaged
- Compatibility with both double-acting and spring-return actuators
- Nine frame and spur combinations that provide output torque ranging from 3,000 to 140,000 lbf.in [340 to 15,815 N.m]
- One-handed declutch mechanism
- Suitable for all handwheel applications with chainwheel adapters
