The Dynatorque SRD™ nondeclutchable manual override is used with pneumatic, hydraulic, and backdrivable electric actuators.

Sandwich mounted between the valve and its primary driving mechanism as part of an automated valve package, the override enables manual operation of the automated valve in the event of a loss of plant air supply, power gas, hydraulic fluid power, or electricity. We also offer a locking device for these overrides  to prevent unintended engagement or disengagement.

Enhanced operational safety and reliability

  • Standard ISO 5211 mounting dimensions on top and bottom flanges or custom machined for mounting to actuator and valve
  • Transparent to valve operation when disengaged
  • Alternative to the Dynatorque SD™ declutchable manual override for spring-return applications
  • Eleven frame and spur combinations that provide output torque ranging from 3,000 to 260,000 lbf.in [340 to 29,375 N.m]
