The Jiskoot CoJetix™ sampling system is a high-performance liquid hydrocarbon sampling solution that combines a dedicated fast-loop sampling system with the latest-generation, high-efficiency Jiskoot JetMix™ mixing system. Backed by decades of experience in the design and supply of automatic sampling systems worldwide, the system is designed for custody transfer, allocation and process measurement applications, the system delivers representative sampling across a wide operating flow range while avoiding pressure loss in the main process pipeline.

Mixing energy is introduced through purpose-designed jet nozzles to create and maintain a homogeneous fluid composition suitable for representative sampling. A large-bore sample take-off quill extracts fluid directly from the pipeline into a dedicated high-velocity sampling loop, ensuring fluid homogeneity is maintained throughout the sampling process. A flow-through cell sampler discharges grab samples directly into the sample receiver, minimising sample transit distance and reducing the risk of inter-batch contamination.

The sample receiver enclosure can be heated if required to help prevent wax or solid formation and can accommodate either fixed-volume or constant-pressure sample receivers with manual or automatic changeover arrangements. Dynamic performance monitoring can be provided, while optional sampler control systems offer monitoring and control functions with DCS integration.

Key system components are mounted outside the main process pipeline, allowing inspection and maintenance without pipeline shutdown. Withdrawable nozzles and sample take-off quills can be installed via hot-tap connections, while the sampling loop can accommodate online analytical devices, including water-in-oil monitors and densitometers. The system is designed in accordance with ISO, API, ASTM and Energy Institute sampling standards.
