Low- to medium-temperature applications

The D400 EasyBLOK solid gas migration control cement system is a water-activated, low-molecular-weight polymer that is ideally suited for cold environments. Because it is dry blended with cement, the additive eliminates operational limitations, reduces costs, and simplifies handling logistics.

Bottomhole casing temperature range: 68 to 230 degF [20 to 110 degC]
Slurry density range: 10.5 to 18 ppg [1,260 to 2,157 kg/m3]
EasyBLOK additive prevents gas migration in low- to medium-temperature primary and remedial cementing.
