Cameron offers product training to prepare participants to effectively operate, maintain, and troubleshoot our pressure control and rig equipment.

Pressure control equipment training encompasses drill-through equipment and control systems that are essential to managing and containing wellbore pressure during drilling.
Rig equipment training comprises courses on the machines and systems used to handle wellbore tubulars, lift the drillstring, and rotate the drill string to drill a well.

These courses can be tailored to your training needs with consideration towards your rig scope, participant discipline, and attendance capacity.

Training sessions can be conducted at your office or our training centers in Houston, Texas or Kristiansand, Norway.

The Houston facility supports hands-on training objectives related primarily to BOP control systems.
The Kristiansand training center supports primarily rig equipment training. This facility has a portable drilling chair simulator, which enables practical hands-on training for personnel who cannot conveniently attend training in Kristiansand.
