Improve lower completion flexibility

Maximize the flexibility and performance of your intelligent completion with the BluePack Ultra RH-MP ultrahigh-pressure retrievable hydraulic-set, multiport production packer.

Available with application-specific configurations for up to seven feedthrough ports, this packer is designed to accommodate hydraulic or electric lines used in intelligent completions for data transmission or control. Flexible configuration makes this packer ideal for deep and deepset wells, wells with single-trip completions, high-pressure production or injection wells, and completions in wells with low fracture gradients.

Minimize retrieval risks

In addition to being designed to minimize risk that debris will hinder retrieval, the packer's cut-to-release function also reduces risks of casing damage from milling operations associated with permanent packers. Each size of the BluePack RH-MP packer is individually validated to API Spec 11D1 and ISO 14310 to ensure maximum reliability under challenging conditions.

For applications without plugs, an optional hydrostatic setting trigger can be added below the packer. The trigger requires no hydraulic lines and includes antipreset features.

The packer is also available with HNBR or AFLAS elements, in API standard grades Q1, Q2, and Q3, and with API or premium end connections.

Naming convention for BluePack family of packers

A simplified naming convention tells you what you need at a glance

The modular architecture of our BluePack packer family simplifies engineering designs across the entire family.

You can select the packer that’s best suited for your well environment while configuring certain components and subassemblies of the packer based on the specific needs or challenges of the well. For example, you might customize the elastomer based on the chemical properties of the fluids that will be in the well.

This standardization not only improves lead times and costs, it also improves operations by ensuring that employees are trained on a standardized deployment methodology.
