US and Canada Employment Verification

Please note that if you need a Verification of Employment for a current or former employee, the employee will need to request it themselves to have it sent to the third-party provider. The HR Hub no longer accepts VOE requests directly from third parties.

• For active employees, the employee should request the VOE through the ESM HR Portal. The employee should go to “Explore Catalog” and request the type of VOE required (the guide on how to request a VOE can be found typing “VOE” or “Verification of Employment” on the principle search bar).
• For former employees, HR requests should be submitted through the SLB alumni portal by former employees themselves. Learn more about the alumni portal.
