Our teams work proactively to identify and manage hazards related to product and service safety. We take an end-to-end approach, overseeing the entire life cycle of safety risks with a dedicated network of experts—from global leadership to field operations.
To ensure accountability and transparency, we track performance through a comprehensive safety scorecard that includes both leading and lagging indicators. A key objective is to eliminate zero-tolerance events (ZTEs), which represent major or catastrophic incidents in our services or products.
