How it improves performance

MeshSlot™ premium mesh screens extend well life. By preventing sand ingress, they help maintain the structural integrity of the well and reduce risk of mechanical failures. Different mesh designs (weave patterns and layer configurations) optimize sand retention and fluid flow while decreasing the risk of plugging.

Minimizing sand production reduces the need for interventions and maintenance, lowering operational costs. Effective sand control extends the productive life of the well; the result is stable and efficient production over a longer period.

Additional information

Three construction options are available.

• Standard: Two filter layers, using plain dutch weave, plain square weave, or both
• LT version: One filter layer, reverse dutch twill weave, direct wrap of mesh for reduced OD and improved mechanical properties
• XL version: Three or four filter layers, using plain dutch weave, plain square weave, or both
