- Peripheral Universal Connections (PUCs): Four modular PUCs continuously monitor critical equipment signals 24/7 and transmit data directly to the controller — scalable for engines and compressors.
- Centralized Controller: Acts as the system’s core processing unit, polling PUCs sequentially and securely forwarding operational data via WiFi for reliable, efficient collection.
- Secure Gateway Connectivity: Integrated cellular gateway provides a secure connection from field controllers to the cloud, enabling remote monitoring and system visibility from any phone, tablet, or desktop device.
- Comprehensive Sensing Coverage:
- Engines: Power cylinder performance, valve train condition, turbo health, main bearing monitoring, and frame vibration analysis.
- Compressors: Head-end and crank-end pressures, suction/discharge temperatures, crosshead vibration, real-time waveform capture, and vibration bias voltage monitoring.
- Temperature Monitoring: Supports up to eight temperature points per PUC (maximum 32 per controller), ideal for valve-cap monitoring and additional critical assets.
- Seamless Ecosystem Integration: Fully compatible with 6400 analyzers, MD Optimo software, and Enterprise software for deeper diagnostics, analytics, and performance optimization.
- Luxar Peripheral Universal Connections (PUCs) are mounted and capture temperature, vibration, and in-cylinder pressure data from critical machinery.
- The controller aggregates sensor data and securely transmits it to the gateway.
- The gateway uploads data to the cloud for continuous monitoring and analysis.
- The Windrock software transforms the data into dashboards, KPIs, trends, and actionable alerts, enabling real-time asset health monitoring and proactive maintenance decisions.
