I’ve spent my entire life and career in the Permian, and it truly feels like home. It’s been an amazing place to raise my family and grow professionally, offering a variety of opportunities and experiences along the way. Since starting with the company in 2004, I’ve enjoyed helping customers solve real challenges and working alongside great people in a collaborative, close-knit culture. Watching the industry evolve and being part of a team that consistently earns the respect and trust of our customers makes me proud. I’m especially grateful for the chance to mentor newcomers to our business, seeing them gain confidence, develop their skills, and succeed in their own careers.

• What’s your connection to the Permian Basin, and what does this region mean to you personally?
  • I’ve spent my entire life and built my career in the Permian; it truly is home to me. It’s been a wonderful place to raise a family, and I’m grateful for the opportunities it’s provided to grow professionally and gain a wide range of experiences along the way.

•  How long have you been with the company, and what has kept you here over the years?
  • I started in 2004 as an Application Engineer in Downstream and later transitioned into the Upstream side. What’s kept me here over the years has been the opportunity to help customers solve real problems, work alongside great people, and be part of a culture that is collaborative and close-knit. I’ve also been fortunate to grow with the business, supporting great customers, explore new opportunities, and continuing to learn along the way.

• What do you enjoy most about your work and being part of our team?
  • Working with great people has always been what I’ve found most rewarding. Being part of a team and sharing experiences together is something I truly value, and it’s a big part of what’s kept me here over the years.

• What makes you proud to work in the Permian Basin and to represent our organization here?
  • Seeing the industry evolve from conventional to unconventional development over the past two decades, has been a rewarding experience to grow with the basin and contribute by providing solutions along the way. I also take a lot of pride in being part of an organization that has achieved consistent success over the years with customers that continue to respect and trust us.

• Can you share a memorable moment or achievement from your time working here?
  • One of the things I’m most proud of during my time here has been helping people who are new to industry understand our business and embrace our culture. It’s been rewarding to see them grow in confidence, develop their skills, and go on to become successful in sales and/or leadership roles.
