Schlumberger Invests in Qatari Youth Through its Support of Qatar Children’s Museum

Schlumberger was recently announced as a founding family member of the Qatar Children’s Museum, which is the first publicly funded national entity in country. The museum will focus on educating future generations on how to contribute confidently to a sustainable future. Schlumberger’s support of the Qatar Children’s Museum is in line with its ongoing commitment to investing in the communities in which it operates.

The development of Qatar Children’s Museum is aligned with the Qatar National Vision 2030, which is focused on advancing goals for human, social, economic and environmental development. With sustainability at its core, the museum will be dedicated to the continuous enrichment of the lives of children and their families. It is being designed to nurture, challenge and inspire Qatar’s future leaders and caretakers. Fueling their creativity and encouraging their empathy and understanding, educating children on sustainability is a key benefit of the museum.
