Abdellah Merad
Executive Vice President, Core Services and Equipment
Abdellah Merad is SLB’s executive vice president of Core Services and Equipment, a role he has held since April 2022. He steers the division’s strategic direction, overseeing operations, technologies and services that support customers across SLB’s global footprint.
Abdellah previously served as executive vice president of Performance Management. His prior leadership experience includes serving as president of North America Land Production, president of the Production group, vice president controller of Operations, vice president of the Shared Services Organization, and GeoMarket manager for North Africa.
He joined SLB in 1997 as a financial controller in the United Kingdom and held finance leadership roles across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia before relocating to SLB’s Houston office in 2016.
Abdellah holds a degree in economics and a master’s degree in finance from Université Paris-Dauphine.
