Dianne Ralston
Chief Legal Officer
Dianne Ralston is SLB’s chief legal officer and corporate secretary, a position she has held since December 2020. She manages the company’s global legal, compliance, and intellectual property functions, supporting its strategic and operational priorities.
Dianne began her legal career at SLB in 1998 as legal counsel and went on to serve as director of compliance and deputy general counsel, with a focus on intellectual property enforcement. She later held senior legal roles across the energy services industry, including serving as executive vice president, chief legal officer, and secretary at FMC Technologies and TechnipFMC until she rejoined SLB in 2020.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and operations management from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
