SLB has been recognized as a Workplace Pride Ambassador in the 2026 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark, an assessment of LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion for international companies.

Since 2021, participation in the benchmark has helped to guide SLB’s continued efforts in championing inclusion and belonging. This year, SLB’s score in the benchmark surpassed 75%, for the first time placing the company among the top quartile of inclusive organizations worldwide for LGBTIQ+ people.

The recognition reflects SLB’s best practices in supporting psychological safety and an inclusive culture within the company – supported by its internal LGBT+ Allies employee resource group.

“Being recognized in the 2026 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark, for our approach to culture and inclusion, is meaningful to us,” says Carlos Sarmiento, director of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at SLB. “This reflects our ongoing focus on developing global best practices to build a workplace culture where the diverse perspectives of all our employees are celebrated, and where everyone feels valued and respected.”
