Jiskoot loop extractors
Ensure representative liquid sample extraction for accurate process measurement and analysis
Applications
- Sampling and analysis fast-loop operations
Benefits
- Acquisition of representative sample
- Streamlined entry profile that prevents preferential bias caused by specific gravity variation in mixed fluids
- Optional integrated return that eliminates the need for separate entry and exit points on the line
Features
- Large-bore sample bypass
- Fixed or withdrawable mounting designs
- Hydraulic extractor available
How they improve performance
Jiskoot™ loop extractors are engineered to provide representative liquid sampling for cell samplers, water monitors, densitometers, and online analyzers. Designed to extract a slipstream from the well-mixed region of the pipeline, their unique knife-edged, swan-neck take-off minimizes sampling bias and ensures that the extracted sample accurately reflects process conditions.
An integrated return reduces installation complexity and hot tap requirements, while accelerated loop flow helps prevent component fallout and minimizes volume and time lag. Available in both fixed and withdrawable configurations, these loop extractors provide a robust, reliable solution for maintaining sample representativity and supporting accurate process measurement and analysis.
