Scale inhibitor for oil wells
Incorporating chemistry, deployment techniques, and qualification testing
Optimize scale management through comprehensive inhibitor chemistries and deployment techniques.
SI-414N has been formulated to have a high tolerance to calcium and function in an alkaline environment similar to that found in water based drilling formulations
SI-414N inhibitor is primarily designed to inhibit the formation of barium / strontium sulphate scales in produced fluids. SI-414N should be continually injected upstream of where scale nucleation occurs at a dose rate between 5 and 50ppm depending on severity of the scaling regime. For drilling applications dose rates will be significantly higher due to the application time a specific recommendation will normally be made for each application.
