Seal your deep, HPHT well reliably when surface systems fail

For maximum performance in HPHT and severely corrosive wells, Pinnacle HPHT tubing-retrievable surface-controlled safety valves use designs developed over decades of engineering developments and user experiences.

Each valve includes an enhanced premium rod piston with a hydraulic-actuation sealing system incorporating reliable metal-to-metal dynamic seals and spring-energized, filled Teflon sealing elements; a static up-stop and down-stop; and a precision piston tube that prevents deformation at high pressures.

Minimize leaks and exceed industry specifications

A rugged, metal-to-metal INCONEL flapper closure mechanism and secondary soft seal meet leakage-acceptance criteria substantially more stringent than API and ISO specifications. The compact design of Pinnacle valves incorporates the latest materials and technological advancements resulting from years of experience in high-pressure valve design.

Rely on engineered debris protection

For maximum reliability, all Pinnacle valves use proprietary threads to achieve a metal-to-metal seal and include a compact flow tube nose seal to minimize the intrusion of debris into the flapper and power spring systems. Valves are available for production tubing sizes ranging from 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 in.
