The i-balance system is a real-time, automated pressure control system that continuously monitors annular pressure and manages it within narrow limits. The system can be configured and scaled for constant bottomhole pressure (BHP), single- and multiphase flow drilling, pressurized mudcap drilling, influx and loss detection, dynamic leakoff tests, controlled flow checks, and mud rollovers.
