Product Sheet Low-Rate Extender
Deliver continuous, high-accuracy metering of Vx Spectra surface multiphase flowmeter for the life of the well.
We apply environmental intelligence to optimize your well test design and operations toward achieving your test objectives while controlling and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Technologies such as the EverGreen minimal environmental impact well effluent burner help do this by delivering 99.84% peak combustion efficiency† for the clean disposal of well effluent―both onshore and offshore.
† 99.50% average combustion efficiency
By applying these technologies and techniques, we deliver emissions savings of approximately 600 t/d of CO2 for a well test at standard conditions—that’s equivalent to keeping nearly 50,000 cars off the road for a day.

Only the EverGreen burner has DNV GL–verified performance efficiency to cleanly dispose of well effluent. No matter the type of oil, the EverGreen burner performs fallout-free, smokeless combustion of the liquid hydrocarbons produced during well testing.
Even in environmentally sensitive areas, you can significantly reduce the impact of well testing with this efficient and cost-effective alternative to oil storage.
Our 2018 Global Stewardship initiatives centered on prioritizing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) that we could most impact. Our alignment with the UN SDGs drives reducing environmental impacts and fostering technology innovation.
Our position as a global technology leader gives us an unparalleled ability to address climate change with technologies that help you increase operational performance while reducing or avoiding emissions, lowering water usage, improving chemistry applications, and increasing oil and gas production. Our corporate strategy is to continue developing a system-level view to fully optimize the finding, development, and production of new and existing oil and gas resources. Increasing the volume and quality of accessible data better equips the E&P industry to make informed decisions that reduce subsurface risk, optimize production, reduce resource consumption, and save greenhouse gas emissions.
ClearPhase mobile testing discharge treatment helps you meet strict environmental discharge requirements to enable water disposal directly into the sea. Oil-in-water concentration can be reduced to <20 ppm, even for low-API oil. And unlike conventional treatment methods, ClearPhase treatment’s reusable media generates no waste or by-products, and there is nothing to store, transport, or ship for processing or disposal.
The only thing produced besides disposable water is a real-time, auditable record of output quality for your compliant onsite discharge.
Vx Spectra surface multiphase flowmeter determines flow rates without requiring separation. This method ensures repeatable flow rate measurement in any multiphase flow regime and in production fluids ranging from heavy oil to wet gas without the need to flare—and with a small footprint.
CleanPhase well test separator drastically reduces environmental impact because there is no need to dispose unseparated fluids during the cleanup period. Effluents and limited amounts of solids during the cleanup process can be handled even while the well is cleaned up on large chokes.
